FAQ's

Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Otherwise, our shipping rate is $5.00 for orders that are less than $50. We currently do not ship internationally.

When will my order ship?
Since we are a new store shipping times have not been established. Packages are shipped from Wisconsin. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system or other carriers, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind both weather and pandemic related delays are always a possibility. Please note, packages shipped via upgraded shipping are still subject to our normal processing times.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days.

How do I initiate a return?
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.  To ensure prompt processing of your return, please do not combine returns that have separate return IDs. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Return requests can be made here. We do not currently offer exchanges.

Which items are final sale?
All accessories and gifts, sale items, and any items discounted by more than 25% are final sale.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate price adjustments.

What if my items are damaged or defective?
Damaged and defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to hello@littlerooco.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.

Order Cancellations or Change Requests.

Since we aim to ship as quickly as possible, orders are sent to our stock room in real
time and are unable to be changed once they are placed. 

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally, but plan to in the future.


Can I use a promo code on sale items?
Due to the price markdown of sale items, no further discounts from promo codes are applicable.


Can I return sale items?
All sale items purchased are final sale and are ineligible for return.

Gifts
All Little Roo Co. orders are automatically sent with gift receipts.

Care Instructions
Little Roo Co. pajamas and blankets are designed to be washed in cold water and tumble dried on low. However, please note that Bamboo is a natural, delicate fiber, so should be washed separately from items that may be damaging. For the longest wear,
you can wash them inside out and line dry when possible.


Wholesale

We do not allow bulk purchases on our retail website for the purpose of reselling. Brick and mortar stores may apply for a wholesale account; please send an email to hello@littlerooco.com. Suspicious orders may be canceled at our discretion. Orders that show evidence of being placed utilizing "bots" or automated purchasing scripts will be cancelled.


Product FAQs
Where do you manufacture?
Our line is designed in Wisconsin and ethically crafted in China. Our manufacturing partners have been thoroughly vetted, independently audited and comply with all International Labor Standards.

Do you use any flame retardants in your pajamas?
Absolutely not. We only use natural dyes and no chemicals in the finishing of our products.

What if I notice a slight variation in color or fit between items?
Since our products are sewn by human hands and the fabric is very stretchy, it is quite normal for there to be a small sewing variance from item to item. While we aim to keep our sizing as consistent as possible, there will always be slight fluctuations within a small range because of this. Similarly, though we do our best to ensure our colors remain consistent, there may be slight variations.
